I haven't worked out in a long time. Can I still do the workout?

Of course! It’s normal to feel a bit apprehensive, especially if you haven’t worked out in a while. All Orangetheory workouts are done at your own pace. Our goal is to make your first session fun, comfortable and inclusive! Our coaches are the best at what they do and they genuinely care about your progress, so no matter where you’re at on your fitness journey, we’re here to support you. 

I have issues with injuries or movement restrictions? Can I still do the workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the gym floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

What if I’m not as fit as everyone else?

You don’t need to be. All our members are working out at their own level whether they’re new, experienced or returning from injury. By incorporating our heart-rate monitored technology, each workout will always be paced at your own fitness level. It only takes a minute inside our studio to understand it’s not a competition, it’s a community.

What if I feel out of place or don’t know what to do?

It’s perfectly normal to feel like this before your first class but rest assured we’ve got your back every step of the way. Most of our friendly staff were members before joining our team so they know exactly how to make you feel comfortable and prepare you for your first class.
